To responding Chinese government’s instructions, for example, the “on-site engineer training plan” from the Ministry of Education, and the “Working-Learning Integration of Skilled Personnel Training Model” from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, we developed our own talents training mode, Guoyu Digital Communication Workshop, which introduce real technical service business to the training process of students. ICT certification and training services
